Should an issue arise, Globetrotter’s trusted workshops are ready to repair items at no additional cost to the customer, promoting sustainability by keeping products in action longer. Filing a claim is easy and 100% paperless. All customers need to do is provide Hakuna with a short description of the problem, either using the claims chat or via email.
